Something I like to do

when I hold a door for someone (or just step out of the way to let them through) and if they just keep on going without any form of thank you or acknowledgement, is to loudly say "You're welcome" or "It's a pleasure to serve", as they walk away. They never seem to notice. I'm not sure how I'd react if they did.
